Career Coaching
I started my career as a Recruiter for staffing company. My job was to match the perfect candidate with the perfect job and then, help the candidate perfect their resume and ace the interview while convincing the corporate recruiter that they were hiring the right one! The, I became a corporate recruiter myself, sitting on the decision-making side of table. That's when I realized that I had insider knowledge to getting a job that few knew about. That’s where the Nail It book series began.

Travel Entrepreneurship
I turned my passion for travel into a full-fledged business and eventually launched Group Travel Academy, helping other travel professionals grow their own profitable brands. I’ve hosted retreats, built group experiences, and taught travel agents how to do the same.

Business Mentorship
After seeing so many people burned out or laid off, I realized: people want more than just a job. They want options. So now, I show people how to package their expertise and teach it to others, just like I do. I’ve learned to build, teach, and lead with strategy—and now I help others do the same.
